PAWSOME, the service and manufacturing industry is obliged to provide personal data protection to the customer in order to collect only the essential, basic information about the customers/users necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; informing customers of how they use the collected data, regularly gives customers the choice of using their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to remove their name from the lists used for marketing campaigns.
All customer information is strictly kept and only accessible to employees who are required to do this. PAWSOME, service and manufacturing trade and business partners are responsible for respecting the privacy principles.
General Directives for Sale Conditions
The keeper of all rights to the website www.pawsome-stuff.com is PAWSOME, a service and production company, Mrs. Anja Perkov and Marina Šimac (hereinafter: PAWSOME), which through the mentioned site provides orders and sales service.
Terms and Conditions
PAWSOME, Service and Production Craft is not responsible for the comments and content that a visitor can place on www.pawsome-stuff.com. The visitor uses the website at his own risk and is responsible for the information that can be seen on www.pawsome-stuff.com. PAWSOME will not be held liable for any damage caused by misunderstood information by website visitors.
PAWSOME, Service and Production Craft has the right to terminate a contract with the customer/visitor at any time if it believes that the company can in any way harm or incur damage.
The customer can purchase a product by ordering via email address firstname.lastname@example.org. PAWSOME undertakes to respond within 24 hours of the delivered order. After the order, the customer receives an offer which he/she confirms with advance payment of the part or full amount of the product price, depending on the item.
All furniture is custom made and the maximum delivery time is 30 working days. If the requested product is available immediately, the customer will be notified when ordering. Textile and cardboard assortment as a rule are available immediately upon order, on stock expiration customers will be informed on the website or when asked.
We do not change the wrongly ordered goods unless it is a valid and unused item, and the person responsible for it in the craft of PAWSOME decides on the situation. The customer may replace the goods with another product. If the wrong goods are delivered, the customer is obliged to return the mentioned product undamaged and unused in the original package within seven days, and PAWSOME commits to the customer to return the product originally intended to be shipped or replaced by the same price and component features.
PAWSOME allows customers to file a complaint via mail sent to the company or company’s email address and commits to respond to them within 15 days of receipt of the complaint.
Possible disputes between the company and the customer, PAWSOME will seek to settle in an agreement and peacefully, otherwise the case will be brought to the Court of Justice in Zagreb.
Returns and Refunds
In case of a complaint, damaged delivery, data transfer errors or any other error, please contact us within two business days of the receipt shipment. If the wrong goods are delivered, the customer is obliged to return the mentioned product undamaged and unused in the original package within seven days, and PAWSOME commits to the customer to return the product originally intended to be shipped or replaced by the same price and component features.
The customer is obliged to file a complaint by e-mail to email@example.com or in writing within 14 days.
The right to a complaint is obtained by the user if:
- the goods were not delivered according to the instructions in the order
- the delivered goods do not meet the standards
- there was a damage to the delivery
On receiving the goods, the package confirmation of the order depends on the customer and he/she is obliged to compare the goods received with the invoice, if something is missing, it is necessary to mention it immediately because the subsequent complaints will be disregarded. All these complaints will be solved in agreement with the customer or the recipient of the goods.
Refunds can only be made after the goods are returned to us or after you provide proof that you have returned the goods back to us. You are responsible for any impairment of goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The written objection of the consumer shall be submitted in accordance with Art. 10 § 1 – 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14).

In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14), we will reply to your written complaint by written reply no later than 15 days after the receipt of your complaint.

Terms of Payment
All prices are quoted in Croatian Kunas. All prices are without VAT because PAWSOME is not in the VAT system. Special offers and prices apply until the expiration of the deadline indicated on the page or, if so indicated, until the stock expires.
The customer orders the product by a request to mail email@example.com. After the order, the customer receives an offer confirmed by the advance payment of the part or full amount of the product price, depending on the item. You can pay the bill at a bank or post office counter, or by internet banking.
We will pack and ship the goods only upon receipt of payment. If we do not receive your payment within the next 3 business days, we will consider that you have dismissed the order.

Delivery of the product is done through the HP Express Croatian Post, or by courier services.
Delivery is paid by the customer.
Packages are delivered to the agreed address or agreed to be taken personally at the sales outlets of the partner or at the headquarters of the company.
All orders received by 12:00 are shipped the same business day, and orders received after 12:00 are shipped the next first working day.
There is no minimum or maximum order.
The customers should read the General Conditions of Delivery of Goods carefully.
All items, before being delivered to the courier service, are checked for being packed in correct state before shipped. If you receive a product that you did not order or product with an error, please let us know by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer is entitled to a refund if it has a material or qualitative defect, as determined by an expert witness. In the aforementioned case the customer should notify us by e-mail, and we will reply to him/her in the shortest possible time.

Delivery time starts with receipt of payment to PAWSOME giro account, service and manufacturing trade. We do not ship the products on the basis of the payment confirmation, but only after the payment is visible on our giro account. When paying in Croatian business banks, this is most often the next business day and in most cases two business days from the day of payment and when paid in the branch offices of the Croatian Post Office, at least two working days after the payment. For payments from abroad it is three to seven days. For payments from abroad, the customer is responsible for all bank charges. If you would like your shipment to arrive as soon as possible for this type of payment, please fill in the transfer order or your general payment promptly and make a valid call to the approval number as it may significantly affect the delivery speed and make the payment at your bank before 12:00.
